[landing page] need for a menu with the architecture of the website explained

1. write the definitions (base here eavatea.jubilee-art.org/models)
2. implement this in the fold-out text
3. what should appear in the menu? make visible what level we are in? possibility would be, that, when in a practice, you can go back to the main landing page, and when in a gesture, you can either go back to the landing page, or move one level above, to the practice(s) linked to the gesture.
